The following issues are affecting some Gale databases.

■Inability to view publisher-provided PDFs on the article display page
    When users click the "Original Document(PDF)"tab on an article display page, an error message appears and the PDF cannot be viewed.
   
   Affected databases : Gale Academic One File, Gale General One File, Gale Power search(cross-database search tool)

■PDF download Issue on the article display page
    When users click the download icon on an article display page, an error message appears and the PDF cannot be downloaded.
    As a workaround, users can click the print icon and select "Print to PDF" as the destination to obtain a PDF copy.
    In addition, this issue does not occur when the same article in downloaded directly from databases such as Gale Academic One File.

   Affected database : Gale Power Search(cross-database search tool)

These issues are expected to be resolved by August 1.
