今出川図書館では図書館ツアーを追加で、実施します。
図書館員が資料や施設の利用方法など、図書館の基本的な使いかたを案内します。　For English version, see below.

対象：同志社大学の学生・教職員
開催期間：11/9（月）～ 11/20（金) （追加開催）　※土日を除く
①2：00ｐｍ　②4：00ｐｍ　※所要時間は約15分です。

以下の手順でお申込ください。

1. 参加希望日時を選んで（第3希望まで）下記の申込書に記入してください
   ※その他の日時をご希望の場合は、メールでお問い合わせください
2. 申込書は3日前までにEメール（ji-main@mail.doshisha.ac.jp）でお送りください
3. ツアーの日時が決まり次第、図書館よりメールで連絡します

※ツアーは新型コロナウイルス感染予防に配慮して行いますが、状況により内容の変更、
　または中止の可能性があります。
※当日は図書館フロントデスク前へお越しください。
※発熱・咳・倦怠感等の症状がある場合は、入館不可とさせていただきます。
※入館時の検温に、ご理解・ご協力ください。
※必ずマスクを着用してください。
※図書館入口での手指消毒を行ってください。


Imadegawa Library tour Autumn 2020
Imadegawa Library is pleased to offer the guided tours of the library.
Library staff will show you around the library and give you instructions on how to use the library materials and the facilities in English.

Participants: students, faculty and staff of Doshisha University
Date & Time: November 9 (Mon.) – November 20 (Fri.) [The newly added tour dates] *Except Sat. & Sun.
① 2:00p.m. ② 4:00p.m. *The tour takes approximately fifteen minutes.

【How to book the tour】

1. Decide on the tour date and time (1st - 3rd choice), and complete Library Tour Booking Form attached below.
   ・ If you prefer another tour schedule, please let us know by email. 　
2. Submit the form to the library by email（ji-main@mail.doshisha.ac.jp）at least 3 days in advance of the tour date.
3. A confirmation email with your booking details will be sent you from the library.

• In order to prevent the spread of Novel Coronavirus Infection, the tours might be cancelled or postponed depending on the situation.
• Please come to the information desk at the scheduled time.
• If you have symptoms such as fever, cough or fatigue, you will not be allowed to enter the library.
• Your understanding and cooperation in body temperature check upon entering the library would be appreciated.
• Wearing a face mask is mandatory.
• Please disinfect your hands using the sanitizer at the library entrance.
